Editor (m / f / d)

We, Arex GmbH in Neu-Ulm, are looking for a full-time or part-time editor (m / f / d). In this position, you will be responsible for the creation of texts as well as press and public relations work for all areas of the Arex company. These essentially include the Deutsche Friseurakademie, the Orange Hotel & Apartments and the Orange Restaurant / Orange Catering as well as the HAIRHERO Salon, the dfa Scherenschmiede and Mr. Zopf's Hairdressing Museum.

Your tasks:

• Creation of cross-media texts on a wide variety of topics for internal and external media

• Preparation of briefings and research into background information for the management

• Creation and dispatch of press releases and externally published specialist articles

• Maintaining press contacts

• Creation of magazine articles and interviews

• Cross-team editing, project work and revision of various texts Editing / proofreading of various text media intended for internal and external publication

Your profile:

• You are a good copywriter and editor with or without a degree or have a comparable qualification Ideally, professional experience in the field of text / editing /

• PR Conception strength and the ability to work quickly into subject areas as well as a passion for text and writing

• Very good written and spoken German as well as a very good feeling for language and clear phrasing (spelling, grammar, punctuation)

• Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications Experience in the cross-media implementation of topics as well as the creation, maintenance and publication of websites

• Fluent written and spoken German and English, additional language skills are an advantage

• Proactive, structured, reliable and independent way of working as well as the ability to work in a team

• Basic knowledge of marketing is desirable but not essential

• Mix of creative and sales thinking is an advantage
